Welcome to our workshop Alem: A journey though the physical body into creation!

Our proposal for this journey is to get into our physical body through movement practices such as Gaga movement language and Move Through dance sessions. We present you a “toolbox” in these classes that can be used as we enter the Creative journey.

Our wish for this part of the workshop is to create a container for you to be able to explore your creativity and self-expression based on movement and improvisation. We might suggest tools to use during the process, but also give space for you to find your own way

*Who are we?*

This workshop is guided by Kana Ote & Natalia Vik
Kana & Natalia have collaborated together for the past couple of years in various projects and co-creations such as Body Move Portugal and now their project Alem is being hosted yearly in both the Porto and Lisbon area

Prices: Sliding scale: 50 – 70 euro
